I have never claimed to be a person of deep intellectual understanding. But I hope my random observations and spiritual applications will help you serve God better every day.
God has blessed me with a great life. I live in Collierville, TN with my amazing wife, DewAnn, and my three kids—Peyton, 8 years old; Jillian, 4 years old; and Jamison, 14 months old. We moved to Collierville, just outside of Memphis, in August 2007. Our family loves sports. We are fans of the Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators, and University of Tennessee Vols (now you know why my son is named Peyton).
I have been blessed with the opportunity to preach the gospel for the last twelve years. Previously we have worked with the New Hope church in Fairview, TN for six years and the Hillview church in Nashville for three and a half years. I currently work with the East Shelby congregation here in Collierville. It’s a wonderful family. Come and see us sometime!

i love this website and all your blogs. My family worship at Collierville Church of Christ. Where do you preach? I was wondering who you preached for when you were talking about you did’t like playing soocer on Sun. We always put church first so we won’t be able to play if games are scheduled during our worship service.
